During this administrative year, Division 4A has already created 2 new clubs- Kiwanis Club of General Emilio Aguinaldo -Bailen Gems and Kiwanis Club ESL Sinagtala Tagaytay.
KC GEA Bailen Gems is an all-female Club composed of 33 members. Their Charter President was then the Honorable Mayor of town of General Emilio Aguinaldo- Hon. Nelia Bencito Angeles.

Even though KC GEA-Bailen Gems are literally new, this club has been very active and have already implemented several projects in their community. They have sponsored the following projects.
